Faith-Filled Programs in Tennessee
At Bethlehem Evangelical Lutheran Church, our Youth Group is a place where young people can grow in their faith, build lasting friendships, and discover how God is working in their lives. Through Bible study, service opportunities, fellowship events, and fun activities, we encourage students to deepen their relationship with Jesus Christ while living out their faith in their homes, schools, and community. We strive to create a welcoming and supportive environment where every young person is valued, encouraged, and equipped to follow Christ. Together, we learn, serve, and grow as saints, sharing God's love and reflecting His grace in the world around us.
Sunday Morning Classes
Our weekly youth Bible study classes meet every Sunday morning and provide age-appropriate opportunities for students to learn God's Word, ask questions, and grow in their understanding of the Christian faith.
Class Schedule
- Pre-K Through 5th Grade
Sunday School: 9:15 AM
- 6th & 7th Grade
Confirmation Class: Determined by pastor and individual families
- 8th Grade Through College
Youth Bible Study: 9:15 AM
Learning Beyond the Classroom
Students have opportunities to serve others, participate in mission-minded projects, and engage with the community through meaningful outreach efforts.

David Nutter
Bethlehem’s Youth Group and projects are led by David Nutter, who is passionate about helping students grow in their relationship with Christ while developing strong Christian friendships and values.
David welcomes questions from students, parents, and families interested in learning more.
